For the second time, a federal judge has dismissed a University of Georgia professor’s suit claiming illegal retaliation for his outspoken criticism of former UGA President Michael Adams, tossing all the federal claims against Adams and the Board of Regents as well as those against former Attorney General Sam Olens and Fulton County State Court Judge Susan Edlein.

In a separate order, the court also ordered that the defendants be reimbursed for their costs defending the action.
