The Georgia Supreme Court has reversed a conviction for a sex offender because of what Justice Robert Benham called a flawed indictment.

Prentiss Ashon Jackson, previously convicted of statutory rape, was sentenced to 30 years—six to serve in prison and 24 on probation—for failing to notify the state within 72 hours of moving out of a home that had no electricity or running water.
