A former Georgia Perimeter College student has beaten the Georgia Board of Regents and the attorney general on a liability ruling over a slip-and-fall lawsuit.
Georgia Court of Appeals Chief Judge Sara Doyle, joined by Presiding Judge M. Yvette Miller and Judge Clyde Reese, reversed DeKalb County State Court Judge Janis Gordon in an opinion released Wednesday.
