Termination of the mother's parental rights was in the child's best interest because she was happy in her foster home, she was adjusting well at school, and the foster parents wished to adopt her.

The mother of C.J. appeals from the juvenile court’s order terminating her parental rights. She contends there was not sufficient clear and convincing evidence to terminate her rights and also contends that the juvenile court erred in considering certain expert testimony. After reviewing the record, we conclude there was no error and affirm. “On appeal from a termination order, this Court views the evidence in the light most favorable to the appellee and determines whether any rational trier of fact could have found by clear and convincing evidence that the biological parent’s rights to custody have been lost.” In the Interest of F. C., 248 Ga. App. 675, 675 549 SE2d 125 2001.

So viewed, the evidence was that the Department of Family and Children Services Department removed C.J. from her mother’s care on October 12, 2001. The child was two years old at the time and both parents were homeless and without jobs.1
