The State appeals from the trial court’s grant of Amanda Marie Hoover’s Motion in Limine. Hoover was charged by accusation with DUI, invalid license, no tag, weaving on roadway OCGA § 40-6-48, and a tag light violation OCGA § 40-8-23 d.

In reviewing a trial court’s decision on a motion in limine where the evidence is uncontested and there is no question regarding witness credibility, we conduct a de novo review of the trial court’s application of law to undisputed facts.
