Practice Profile: Wolfe is a member of Dentons’ corporate practice, focused on providing corporate and transactional counsel to public and private companies. She represents middle market clients in transactions, including private equity funds in portfolio company acquisitions. Wolfe also advises tax-exempt organizations and has assisted trade associations on various legal issues.
Among her cases, Wolfe has represented ArcTouch Inc., a mobile design and development company, in the sale of substantially all of its assets to media company Grey Group Global. She also represented Georgia-based Premium Peanut as special tax counsel in the $80 million new market tax credit financing of the facility.
