MIAMI (AP) — An attorney for the state of Florida is arguing that a law restricting what doctors can ask patients about gun ownership should be reinstated.
Florida Solicitor General Allen Winsor argued Thursday that the "Docs vs. Glocks" law passed in 2011 by the Legislature didn't prohibit doctors from asking patients about gun use, but only suggested they exercise restraint.
