Adam S. Meyerowitz has had an unusual career progression. First he was a busy associate for King & Spalding doing outside corporate counsel work "from day one" -- with a partner supervising, training and showing him the ropes. Then he had a series of GC jobs at technology companies, sometimes splitting his time between two companies. In 2004, he became GC for Beecher Carlson. He has facilitated eight acquisitions thus far for the company.
