Atlanta's National Center for Paralegal Training plans to close its doors next year because of declining enrollment. Current students received letters last week officially announcing the decision, slated to take effect October 2003. Craig A. Hardesty, NCPT's dean of students, says the school's owner, Education Management Corp., determined that enrollment -- which has dropped from 350 in 1999 to 185 currently -- is too low to support operations.
