A former King & Spalding partner who went on to be a federal prosecutor in New York is returning to Atlanta to launch a special investigations and white-collar crime team at Kilpatrick Stockton.
Scott L. Marrah will lead the new team, which includes seven partners whose existing practices touch on corporate investigations dealing with government probes and other criminal defense matters. They are, according to a Kilpatrick Stockton statement, Stephen E. Baskin, who manages the firm’s Washington office; Peter M. Boyle; Michael E. Brooks; W. Mark Conger; Constance K. “Connie” Robinson; David A. Stockton; and David M. Zacks.
