Morris, Nichols, Arsht & Tunnell partner Patricia O. Vella is set to speak at Northwestern University School of Law's 42nd annual Securities Regulation Institute.

The institute is scheduled from Jan. 26 to 28 in Coronado, Calif.

It will provide timely analysis of recent laws and developments in the corporate and securities law fields presented by senior U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission officials, judges and leading practitioners, according to a release.
