The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit affirmed summary judgment for Six Flags Theme Parks Inc. in a patent infringement suit related to braking systems on roller coasters.

U.S. District Chief Judge Leonard P. Stark of the District of Delaware had granted summary judgment in the multi-defendant case, Magnetar Technologies v. Six Flags Theme Parks, in July 2014.
