Morris James has pulled from its own ranks to replace its longtime executive director, Thomas Herweg, who retired at the end of March.
Stepping into the role is Sherry Perna a certified legal manager who joined Morris James in 2000. She was the firm’s controller until last fall, when the firm hired a new controller and Perna temporarily took on the title of chief financial officer.
