Morris, Nichols, Arsht & Tunnell partner Bill Lafferty is set to serve as faculty and present in the opening session of the daylong Practising Law Institute program regarding Delaware law developments on July 21.

His session is titled “Recent Developments in Delaware Law” and speakers are scheduled to discuss the standard of post-closing review of third-party M&A deals, disclosure-only settlements, aiding and abetting liability, direct versus derivative revisited, Section 220 litigation, entire fairness and transactions involving controllers and other recent cases/pending legislation.
