Brian O'Neill joined Eckert Seamans Cherin & Mellott in its Wilmington office and litigation division.
O'Neill focuses his practice in the areas of corporate and commercial litigation, representing corporate entities and stockholders, members and partners in complex litigation matters.
His practice includes stockholder disputes, both direct and derivative, with respect to domestic and foreign corporations, as well as membership and partnership disputes within limited liability companies, partnerships and other related entities.
