Connolly Gallagher is set to relocate its Wilmington office to 1201 North Market St. in early 2019.
According to a press release provided by the firm, the 23-story skyscraper in Wilmington is the second-tallest building in the state. Connolly Gallagher will occupy the entire 20th floor of the building.
Working with McConnell Johnson Real Estate, a Delaware real estate development and management company, the new 15,000-square-foot space will include enhanced staff facilities and a lobby conference center.
