Elliott Greenleaf's Shelley Kinsella moderated a one-hour webinar for Financial Poise Webinars titled “The Intersection of Bankruptcy and Intellectual Property.”

Kinsella, a shareholder in the firm's Wilmington office, focuses her practice on bankruptcy and employment law matters. She has experience in complex Chapter 11 reorganization and liquidation cases, representing debtors, unsecured creditors' committees, trustees and secured and unsecured creditors. She has also prosecuted and defended hundreds of bankruptcy avoidance and fraudulent conveyance actions, as well as managed the claims objection process for various debtor estates.
