Morris James supported the Delaware State Bar Association's 27th annual Delaware Minority Job Fair at the Delaware Law School on Aug. 4.

Recruiting partner Brett Fallon and associate Laura Readinger serve as co-chairs of the planning committee for the Delaware Minority Job Fair, while partner Charles Toliver and associate Wilson Gualpa were speakers.

The Delaware Minority Job Fair was originally founded by a consortium of employers in the Delaware legal market who were committed to promoting diversity and inclusion in the Delaware bar by encouraging second- and third-year law school students to pursue careers in Delaware, according to Morris James.

The Delaware Minority Job Fair distinguishes itself from other job fairs in that students must be invited to attend. In return, invited students received more individualized attention and improved career leads, according to a press announcement.
