The Turnaround Management Association Philadelphia/Wilmington chapter's sixth annual Delaware CLE and Cocktails program is set to be held from 3 to 6:30 p.m. on Oct 18 at the Hotel du Pont in Wilmington.

Elliott Greenleaf is an event sponsor for this program.

This year's scheduled panelists are: U.S. Bankruptcy Chief Judge Christopher Sontchi of the District of Delaware, acting U.S. trustee Andrew R. Vara, Dan DeFranceschi of Richards, Layton & Finger, Evan Miller of Bayard and Michael Goodman of SSG Capital Advisors.

An interactive question-and-answer session will conclude the event. An application will be made for 90 minutes of CLE credit and a half hour of ethics credit may be approved. Networking, cocktails and lite fare will follow the panel presentation.

Eric M. Sutty, a shareholder of Elliott Greenleaf, is a member of the Delaware events committee that organized the event. Sutty is resident in the Delaware office and focuses his practice on corporate bankruptcy, creditor rights and commercial litigation. His experience includes the representation of debtors and creditors committees, secured lenders, unsecured creditors, trustees and post confirmation estates.
