Wilmington-based Domenic Pacitti is set to take over Morton Branzburg's position as head of the bankruptcy/corporate restructuring department of Klehr Harrison Harvey Branzburg alongside Francis Correll Jr.
Pacitti's transition to his new position, as well as several other management transitions within the firm, is scheduled to be effective Jan. 1, 2019.
Pacitti's practice is based on bankruptcy, restructuring and workouts.
