Spector Gadon & Rosen announced that, after leaving his Wilmington-based boutique firm, Miguel D. Pena is now a member of its estates and trusts group.
Pena is admitted to practice in Delaware as well as Pennsylvania, Florida and the U.S. Tax Court. He is a former chair of the estates and trusts section of the Delaware State Bar Association.
Pena's focuses are in the areas of estate and trust planning, administration and matters involving estate, gift and generation-skipping transfer taxes. He represents individuals and families in all aspects of wealth and tax planning.
Pena also represents corporate fiduciaries and other advisers in matters relating to the validity, construction, administration, formation and modification of trusts, including the migration and modification of existing trusts through judicial and nonjudicial means.

The complaint was filed Sept. 4 in Connecticut District Court by attorney Robert M. Berke on behalf of former employee George Edward Steins, who was arrested and charged with employing an unregistered home improvement salesperson.
