Newark-based Kimmel, Carter, Roman, Peltz & O'Neill attorney Sean P. Gambogi was promoted to partner, according to an announcement from the firm.
Gambogi, who began working for the firm as a file clerk and courier while he was in high school and was hired as an associate upon his admission to the Delaware bar, is the youngest partner in the firm's history.
Gambogi focuses on nursing home neglect, wrongful death, motor vehicle accidents and workers' compensation claims.
He studied law at the Dickinson School of Law at Pennsylvania State University.
