Marshall Dennehey Warner Coleman & Goggin announced that 13 associates and two special counsel were promoted to shareholder. The firm also promoted four associates to the position of special counsel. One of the 19 promotions comes from the firm's Wilmington office—Sarah B. Cole.
Cole is now shareholder in the casualty department.
She focuses her practice on general commercial liability, premises liability, personal injury and fraud/special investigative unit litigation and defends clients in insurance coverage disputes and property damage litigation.
Cole graduated from the University of Maryland School of Law.

The complaint was filed Sept. 4 in Connecticut District Court by attorney Robert M.
