Former vice chairman Robert S. Brady of Young Conaway Stargatt & Taylor is now chairman of the firm, replacing James L. Patton Jr., who is now chairman emeritus.

Before taking on the new role, Brady led the firm's bankruptcy group, according to a press release.

Stepping in to the vice chairman position is Michael R. Nestor.

Brady represents clients in all aspects of the Chapter 11 restructuring process, including debtors, official committees, lenders, ad hoc committees, secured and unsecured creditors and purchasers.

Brady is admitted to practice in Delaware as well as the Southern District of New York, where he serves as special counsel to boards, independent committees and conflict counsel.
