Wilmington-based firm Bayard appointed Scott D. Cousins and Justin R. Alberto as co-chairs of the firm’s corporate bankruptcy and restructuring group, according to an announcement on the firm’s website.
Cousins, who is admitted to practice in both Delaware and Florida, has experience in business reorganizations, liquidations and distressed sales and acquisitions in Delaware’s state and federal courts. Before joining Bayard, he served as of counsel at two different energy companies.
