Bill Denny, a partner with Potter Anderson & Corroon, is slated to be a panelist at the American Bar Association business law section spring meeting, according to the firm's website.

The panel, titled “Critical Cybersecurity Compliance Issues for Canadian and U.S. Companies Operating Cross-Border,” is set to take place March 29 in Vancouver, Canada.

Denny focuses his practice on cybersecurity, data privacy and information governance.

He represents companies and government entities in technology and intellectual property-related transactions.

Denny is a Certified Information Privacy Professional through the International Association of Privacy Professionals, as well as chair of the Delaware chapter of IAPP KnowledgeNet.
