Potter Anderson & Corroon announced that it added three attorneys to its bankruptcy and restructuring practice.

Christopher M. Samis and L. Katherine Good join the firm as partners, and Aaron H. Stulman joins as an associate. All three previously worked at Whiteford Taylor Preston.

Samis handles corporate bankruptcy, business restructuring and other insolvency-related matters, often representing clients in Chapter 11 and Chapter 7 bankruptcy cases before the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.

Good focuses her practice on corporate restructuring, bankruptcy and creditors' rights. She currently serves as chair of the Delaware State Bar Association's bankruptcy law section.

Stulman's practice involves all aspects of corporate restructuring, creditors' rights and other insolvency-related matters.
