Benesch announced that it added two lawyers to its Wilmington office.

Sean Meluney joins as partner and Kate Harmon joins as an associate, both in the firm's litigation practice group.

According to LinkedIn, prior to moving to Benesch, Meluney worked at Berger Harris and Harmon worked at Elliott Greenleaf.

Meluney's complex litigation practice includes matters related to breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, business divorce, partnership disputes and securities fraud. He also works in employment law, representing clients in areas including enforcement of restrictive covenants, trade secrets and contractual non-competition provisions.

Harmon handles corporate litigation, bankruptcy litigation, corporate governance, entity formation, nonprofit representation, insurance coverage disputes, compliance and intellectual property matters.
