Morris, Nichols, Arsht & Tunnell announced that J. Zachary Haupt, an associate with the firm, was one of 38 lawyers accepted into the Mid-Atlantic Fellows Institute of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel.

The Mid-Atlantic Fellows Institute aims to educate attorneys in trusts and estates law through a series of six educational presentations. Participants are selected from a group of nominees.

Haupt focuses his practice on Delaware trusts and estates law. He advises individuals, institutional fiduciaries, private wealth managers and their counsel.

Haupt serves as chairman of the electronic wills and trusts committee of the Delaware State Bar Association's estates and trusts section.
