Morris-Nichols-Arsht-Tunnell

Morris, Nichols, Arsht & Tunnell partner Jennifer Ying was appointed to the Delaware State Bar Association's executive committee for the 2019-20 term, according to an announcement from the firm. 

Ying is an intellectual property litigator who focuses on patent and trade secret disputes.

She handles cases through all stages of litigation in both federal and state courts, representing clients in industries such as pharmaceuticals, medical devices and telecommunications and wireless technologies. 

Before beginning her legal career, Ying studied electrical engineering and computer science and management. She graduated from the University of Pennsylvania Law School.
