Four attorneys at Richards, Layton & Finger were elected as directors, and one was elected as counsel at the firm, according to a press release.
Claire Love, Stephanie Norman, Zachary Shapiro and Nathaniel Stuhlmiller are now directors, and Marisa Terranova Fissel is counsel.
Love works in the firm's corporate trust and agency services practice; Norman works in the firm's corporate advisory and governance practice; Shapiro works in the firm's bankruptcy and corporate restructuring practice; Stuhlmiller works in the firm's corporate advisory and governance and Chancery/corporate litigation practices; and Terranova Fissel works in the firm's bankruptcy and corporate restructuring practice.

The complaint was filed Sept. 4 in Connecticut District Court by attorney Robert M.
