Henry Gallagher, a partner at Connolly Gallagher, was appointed chair of the Delaware State Bar Association's corporate law section council, according to an announcement from the firm.

Gallagher practices corporate and commercial litigation and advises Delaware companies, boards of directors, managers and special committees on corporate and business law. 

Gallagher began practicing law 30 years ago and clerked for judges on cases in the Delaware Superior, Chancery and Supreme courts. He earned his Juris Doctor from Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law.

He is also a fellow of the Litigation Counsel of America and in the past served on the board of bar examiners and board of professional responsibility of the Delaware Supreme Court.
