Rick DiLiberto, a partner in Young Conaway Stargatt & Taylor's personal injury section, spoke at the Trauma Institute Conference held at Widener University Delaware Law School.
According to Young Conaway's website, the conference was sponsored by the Beau Biden Foundation for the Protection of Children and Delaware Survivors of Abuse in Recovery.
DiLiberto spoke on "Interviewing and Counseling: Preparing the Trauma Survivor for Trial," which discussed ways to communicate with adult and child trauma survivors and prepare them to testify at a hearing or trial.
DiLiberto handles cases related to workers' compensation and personal injury, with a particular focus on representing injured or abused children.
