Boutique firm Landis Rath & Cobb added attorney Holly M. Smith to its corporate bankruptcy, restructuring and litigation practices as an associate.
Previously, she worked at a firm where she acted as counsel to numerous Section 524(g) Asbestos Settlement Trusts.
She served as a judicial intern to U.S. District Judge Sherry R. Fallon of the District of Delaware and Judge George S. Leone of the New Jersey Superior Court, Appellate Division. Smith also externed with the Philadelphia District Attorney's Office.
Smith is a member of the Delaware State Bar Association, American Bar Association, Rodney Inn of Court and International Women's Insolvency and Restructuring Confederation. She graduated from Rutgers Law School.

The complaint was filed Sept. 4 in Connecticut District Court by attorney Robert M.
