Fish & Richardson is partnering with the Federal Circuit Bar Association to host the program "Hot Topics in IP 2019."
According to the firm's website, the program is slated to be held from 11:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. Sept. 20 at the Hotel Du Pont in Wilmington.
The programming is set to include panel discussions with U.S. District Chief Judge Leonard P. Stark of the District of Delaware and Chief Judge Christopher S. Sontchi of the Delaware Bankruptcy Court.
Martina Hufnal, an intellectual property litigator and principal at Fish & Richardson, is set to moderate a panel titled "Read the Signs: Supreme Court Decisions This Term and Next."

The complaint was filed Sept. 4 in Connecticut District Court by attorney Robert M.
