Bayard P.A. announced that it added associate Sarah T. Andrade to its litigation group.
Andrade primarily represents clients in litigation related to corporate governance, corporate control, fiduciary duties, contractual disputes and other commercial disputes matters in the Delaware Court of Chancery and the Delaware Supreme Court.
Andrade is a member of the American Bar Association's business law section and the Delaware State Bar Association.
She is admitted to practice in the state of Delaware and the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware.
She earned her Juris Doctor from Temple University Beasley School of Law.
