James Harker, a partner in Cohen Seglias Pallas Greenhall & Furman's Wilmington office, is set to act as a guest lecturer at Temple University Tyler School of Art and Architecture's division of city and regional planning and community development in Philadelphia. 

According to an announcement from Cohen Seglias, he is slated to present a seminar on real estate law, discussing the conflicts between individual property rights, government regulations and takings, and appropriate limitations on zoning, and other land-use restrictions.

The seminar is scheduled to be held from 5:30 to 8 p.m. Oct. 7.

Harker focuses his practice on transactional commercial real estate, the preparation of financing legal opinions involving Delaware entities for properties throughout the country, and the resolution of real estate title, claims and land use issues.
