Michael J. Barrie, an attorney who splits his time between Benesch's Wilmington, New York and Philadelphia offices, is set to speak at the Trigild Lender Conference.
His program is titled "Trends in Bridge Lending" and is scheduled to be held Thursday at the Hotel del Coronado in San Diego.
Barrie is chair of Benesch's insolvency and creditors' rights practice group and vice chair of the firm's litigation practice group.
He handles matters related to complex commercial, real estate and insolvency and bankruptcy related dispute resolution. He tries cases in state and federal court, including in the Delaware Court of Chancery.

The case, filed Oct. 2 in Massachusetts District Court by the Brown Law Firm on behalf of Stephen Austen, accuses certain officers and directors of misleading investors in regard to Symbotic's potential for margin growth by failing to disclose that the company was not equipped to timely deploy its systems or manage expenses through project delays. The complaint was filed Sept. 4 in Connecticut District Court by attorney Robert M.
