Richards, Layton & Finger announced that it brought on three judicial law clerks—Valerie Caras, Alexander Krischik and Andrew Milam—as associates. 

Caras, who clerked for U.S. District Judge Matthew W. Brann of the Middle District of Pennsylvania, litigates commercial and intellectual property disputes in Delaware state and federal courts.

Krischik clerked for Vice Chancellor Morgan Zurn of the Delaware Court of Chancery and focuses his practice on corporate and commercial litigation involving corporate governance, corporate control, fiduciary duties, alternative entities, contractual disputes and other commercial matters.

Milam clerked for Delaware Supreme Court Justice James T. Vaughn Jr. and litigates corporate governance, corporate control, fiduciary duties and related contractual and commercial disputes in the Court of Chancery and the Delaware Supreme Court.
