Twelve associates and four special counsel at Marshall Dennehey Warner Coleman & Goggin were promoted to shareholder status in the firm, including former associate Jessica Tyler in Wilmington.
According to a press release, Tyler works in the firm's casualty department, handling general liability, automobile liability, premises liability, professional liability and construction defect litigation. She also defends toxic tort actions and fraud matters.
Before joining Marshall Dennehey, Tyler clerked for Judges Mark D. Buckworth and Jay H. Conner of the Delaware Family Court.
