Marciano & MacAvoy announced that Kevin R. Marciano, managing partner of the firm, spoke at a CLE titled "Contemporary Settlement Evaluation: What is Your Case Worth When Analyzed And Compared Over The Last Several Years," in which Marciano discussed a dram shop case.
The event was sponsored by the Delaware State Bar Association alternative dispute resolution committee.
Marciano represents clients in cases involving liquor liability, products liability, medical malpractice, motor vehicle accidents, wrongful death, premises liability, construction accidents, slip and fall, and personal injury.
He is a member of the Pennsylvania Association of Justice, the American Association of Justice, the Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Association, and the Delaware County Trial Lawyers Association. He also served as president of the DSBA young lawyers section.
