The restructuring and insolvency group of McDermott Will & Emery grew with the addition of David Hurst, according to an announcement from the firm.
Hurst joins as a partner in the firm’s Wilmington office, and he will represent companies in Chapter 11 cases, prepackaged bankruptcies and out-of-court restructuring.
