Duane Morris' most recent round of promotions included Oderah C. Nwaeze, a former associate in Wilmington who was promoted to partnership, the firm announced.
Nwaeze is a trial lawyer who litigates corporate and commercial matters, including corporate governance actions, statutory actions arising under Delaware General Corporation Law, state and federal class actions, and breach of contract disputes. He also handles intellectual property matters in the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware.
Outside of Duane Morris, Nwaeze is a member of the compliance committee of nonprofit organization Bancroft's board of trustees. He is also currently the president of the Delaware Barrister's Association.

The case, filed Oct. 2 in Massachusetts District Court by the Brown Law Firm on behalf of Stephen Austen, accuses certain officers and directors of misleading investors in regard to Symbotic's potential for margin growth by failing to disclose that the company was not equipped to timely deploy its systems or manage expenses through project delays.
