Potter Anderson & Corroon associate Carla Jones is slated to present at the American Bar Association Insurance Coverage Litigation Committee CLE Seminar in Tucson, Arizona.
She will speak on the panel "Claims Handling: Discovery and Privilege Disputes" on March 5, the firm announced.
Jones practices in Potter Anderson's litigation group, where she handles complex commercial and insurance coverage litigation.
Before joining the firm, she served as a law clerk to President Judge Jan R. Jurden of the Superior Court of Delaware.
Jones is a member of the Delaware State Bar Association women and the law section and young lawyers section and the Richard S. Rodney Inn of Court. She is also a volunteer attorney for the Delaware Family Court Protections From Abuse program.

The case, filed Oct. 2 in Massachusetts District Court by the Brown Law Firm on behalf of Stephen Austen, accuses certain officers and directors of misleading investors in regard to Symbotic's potential for margin growth by failing to disclose that the company was not equipped to timely deploy its systems or manage expenses through project delays. The complaint was filed Sept. 4 in Connecticut District Court by attorney Robert M. Berke on behalf of former employee George Edward Steins, who was arrested and charged with employing an unregistered home improvement salesperson.
