The Delaware State Bar Association government and consumer law section is sponsoring a CLE program, titled "HOA Disputes, Blight and Body Cameras."

The program is set to be held from 9 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. Thursday.

The program will feature three panels, which will cover how to navigate disputes between the Homeowner Association and homeowners, how to preserve homeownership while addressing Wilmington's vacant structures, and considerations regarding the use of body cameras.

Delaware and Pennsylvania attorneys in attendance can earn 3.0 CLE credits.

The program will be held at the DSBA and will be shown in live webcasts at Morris James in Dover and Tunnell & Raysor in Georgetown.
