Corinne Elise Amato, director of Prickett, Jones & Elliott, is set to speak on a panel discussing “Delaware Developments” at the 32nd Tulane Corporate Law Institute, according to an announcement from the firm. The event is slated to take place March 5.

Amato and other panelists, including Chancellor Andre Bouchard, will discuss the past year’s decisions from the Delaware Court of Chancery and Delaware Supreme Court related to fiduciary and appraisal litigation.
