Morris James brought on Phillip M. Casale, a former deputy attorney general with the Delaware Department of Justice criminal division, to the firm.
He will work in the medical professional liability litigation practice group.
During his time as deputy attorney general, Casale served as unit head of Delaware's largest felony trial unit.
Casale focuses his practice on matters related to medical malpractice. His clients are primarily hospitals, medical practices and physicians.
He earned his Juris Doctor from Widener University Delaware Law School and is admitted to practice in Delaware.
