Newark-based Kimmel, Carter, Roman, Peltz & O'Neill announced that Linda Malkin is now an associate with the firm. 

Malkin handles matters related to motor vehicle accidents, wrongful death, products liability, nursing home neglect and work-related accidents. 

Prior to earning her Juris Doctor, Malkin served as secretary to a Kimmel Carter managing partner and then later became a law clerk at the firm. Malkin also worked in the Delaware Attorney General's Office as a deputy attorney general of the family law department. 

She is a member of the American Association for Justice, the Delaware Trial Lawyers Association and the Delaware State Bar Association.

She graduated from Widener University Delaware Law School and is admitted to practice in both Delaware and Pennsylvania.
