Fish & Richardson held a webinar titled "Remote Advocacy in the Age of Social Distancing," which included Wilmington-based Susan Morrison as a presenter alongside David Conrad, Jackob Ben-Ezra and Steven Katz.
The webinar, which can be viewed on the firm's website, addressed what courts and attorneys should consider when dealing with remote hearings.
Morrison is the managing principal of Fish's Delaware office. She focuses her practice on patent litigation and Hatch-Waxman matters. She works with clients in the chemicals, life sciences and medical devices industries.

The case, filed Oct. 2 in Massachusetts District Court by the Brown Law Firm on behalf of Stephen Austen, accuses certain officers and directors of misleading investors in regard to Symbotic's potential for margin growth by failing to disclose that the company was not equipped to timely deploy its systems or manage expenses through project delays.
