Fox Rothschild partner Sidney S. Liebesman was appointed to serve as managing partner of the firm's Wilmington office, according to an announcement from the firm.
Liebesman focuses his practice on complex commercial and business litigation and shareholder derivative and class action litigation.
He has experience with cases involving fraud, breach of fiduciary duty, mergers and acquisitions, breach of contract, inspection of corporate books and records, appointments of custodians/receivers and indemnification of corporate officers and directors.
Liebesman works in Fox Rothschild's New York and Philadelphia offices as well as the firm's Wilmington office.
He earned his Juris Doctor from Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law.
